At this time due to unstable postal security in Bulgaria, it is not possible to mail any packages or envelopes to Sandy. If you would like to send a care package or gift to sandy please contact the Global Celebration offices as they have relationships with ministers and other missionaries from Bulgaria that travel back and forth from the United States throughout the year and could arrange the transfer with you.
